Actually, I think the M4A4 is a better choice. More bullets, more fun.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Be a Counter-Terrorist and have $3100. Press 'B', click on 'Rifles', and choose the M4A1-S. Can't do it as a Terrorist, so pick your side wisely.

To grab the M4A1 in CS:GO, all you gotta do is make sure you're playing on the Counter-Terrorist side. Once the match starts, hit the 'B' key to bring up the buy menu. Navigate to the Rifles section and look for the M4A1-S - it's yours for $3100 of in-game currency. Remember, you can't buy it if you're playing as a Terrorist!
