Getting the Moon Shell in Terraria is a fun little adventure in itself! You gotta combine two items: the Moon Charm and the Neptune's Shell. The Moon Charm turns you into a werewolf at night, and Neptune's Shell lets you breathe and move easily underwater. You can find the Moon Charm dropped by Werewolves during a full moon. Neptune's Shell comes from the Creature from the Deep during a Solar Eclipse. Combine both at a Tinkerer's Workshop, and boom, you've got your Moon Shell!

I spent days trying to get the Moon Shell! Neptune's Shell was the tricky part for me, had to wait for a Solar Eclipse and fight off those Creatures. But totally worth it for that sweet werewolf merfolk transformation.
