Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! To snag the Railroad Gun in Fallout 4, y'all gotta join the Railroad faction first. Once you're in, complete the quest 'Underground Undercover.' After you're done, keep playing Railroad quests until ya get 'Tradecraft.' Complete this and voilà, the Railroad Gun is yours! Just don't forget to pick up Railroad Spikes for ammo.
