Toggle aim in CS:GO? Just bind your right mouse to +attack2 using the console. Been doing this since forever and it's a game changer for my sniper plays. Makes holding those angles a bit less painful on your fingers.

Honestly, just learn to play without toggle aim. CS:GO isn't really designed around toggling aim like other shooters. Quick scoping and fast reaction times are key. But hey, to each their own game style.

To get toggle aim in CS:GO, you'll need to tweak your game settings a bit. Open the console by pressing the tilde (~) key, then type 'bindtoggle KEY +attack2'. Replace 'KEY' with whatever key you want to use for toggling your aim down sights. This will switch between aiming and not aiming each time you press the chosen key. Just remember, CS:GO gameplay heavily relies on quick reflexes and sometimes holding down to aim can be more beneficial than toggling.
