Honestly, buying the skins you need for the Trade Up Contract might be quicker. Sometimes the grind isn't worth it unless you enjoy the gameplay. Time vs. money, your call.

Just play a lot. Seriously, the more you play, the more drops you'll get. Some of these drops will be skins, and once you've amassed enough, you can use them in a Trade Up Contract. It's the grind method, but it also gets you more game experience.
