First up, make sure you're logged into Steam, either through the website or the client. Head over to your Inventory, click on 'Trade Offers', and then on 'Who can send me Trade Offers?'. Your unique trade URL is right there at the bottom. Just hit 'Copy' and bam, you're all set to trade.
