Just don't skip it lol, whenever you start the game, don't click anything and let the intro roll out. If you're not seeing it, you might have a launch option set to skip it. Check your CS:GO launch options in Steam and remove any '-novid' command.

To get the Valve intro in CS:GO, simply verify the game files through Steam. Right-click CS:GO in your Steam library, go to Properties, then Local Files, and click on 'Verify integrity of game files...' This will make sure all original game content, including the Valve intro, is correctly installed.

I never see it cuz I always use '-novid' in launch options to jump straight into the action. But hey, if you like watching the same intro every time, just remove that command.

You actually can't 'get' the Valve intro if it's been intentionally removed or bypassed. Check your game's launch options for '-novid'. This command skips the intro. Remove it, and next time you launch CS:GO, you'll see the iconic Valve guy with the valve in his head.
