Easy peasy! Open the console by pressing the tilde key (~), then type 'give weapon_[weapon name]'. For example, 'give weapon_ak47' gifts you an AK-47. Remember, you need to enable the console from the game settings first, and this trick works in offline games or servers where you have admin rights!

I gotta say, typing 'give weapon_m4a1' to magically spawn an M4A1 feels like being a wizard. Tried it in a practice game, totally works. Make sure sv_cheats is set to 1 though!
