Giving admin on a CS:GO server is pretty straightforward! First, make sure you have access to the server's control panel or console. You'll need to add the user's Steam ID to the admin list. You can do this by editing the 'admins_simple.ini' file in the /addons/sourcemod/configs/ directory. Just add their SteamID in the format "STEAM_0:1:XXXXXX" followed by " "99:z"" without the quotes. Save the changes, and voila, they're an admin now!
