Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't directly give armor to your opponent in 1v1 matches in CS:GO like handing over a weapon or a utility item. However, you can be a good sport and agree to a 'gentleman's agreement' where both players buy armor at the start of each round to keep things fair and square!

Nope, can't do it. Buy your own armor!

I remember trying to figure this out and realized it's not possible. However, setting rules before the game starts, like ensuring both players equip armor, makes for fair play and keeps the competition friendly. Both participants buying armor is the only workaround.
