All you gotta do is type 'give weapon_awp' in the console. But cheats gotta be on, so hit up 'sv_cheats 1' first.

Back in my day, we had to earn our AWPs by winning rounds and saving money, not these fancy console commands. But yeah, 'give weapon_awp' does the trick if you really want to go that route.
