One quick way to add more color and vibrancy to your CS:GO experience is by adjusting the saturation level on your graphics card settings. If you have an NVIDIA card, you can do this through the NVIDIA Control Panel under the 'Adjust desktop color settings' tab. Just crank up the 'Digital Vibrance' slider. For AMD users, the option is under 'Display Settings' and it's called 'Saturation'. This method makes the colors pop more without altering the game files.

Honestly, just up the contrast and brightness on your monitor. It's the easiest fix without messing around too much.

Another method is by using the console command 'mat_monitorgamma'. It adjusts the brightness level of the game, making the colors appear less washed out. The default value is 2.2 (which is also the standard for most monitors), but you can experiment by setting it anywhere between 1.6 to 2.6 based on your preference and monitor. Just open the console in-game (enable it in the game settings if you haven't), and type 'mat_monitorgamma 1.6' (or any value you prefer).

Play around with the color settings in-game too. There's an option for color mode under the video settings. 'Television' mode tends to give a richer color experience compared to 'Computer Monitor'. Give it a try and see what fits your taste!
