Tried it myself and it's a blast for messing around with friends. Just make sure you're not in a public or competitive game. Cheats can get you banned real quick there. Also, don't forget 'sv_cheats 1' first or nothing will work.

Super simple! Just open up the console during a game (make sure you've enabled it in settings first) and type 'sv_cheats 1' to enable cheats. Then, you can give yourself full health by typing 'ent_fire !self addoutput "health 100"'. Remember, this only works in private servers or single-player modes where you have permission to enable cheats.
