Easiest way? Hit up the console. First, make sure you've enabled the developer console in the game settings. Once that's done and dusted, press the tilde key (~) during a match to bring it up. Type 'give weapon_[weapon name];' for example, 'give weapon_ak47' for an AK-47. Remember, this trick only works in private servers where you have admin rights or in offline games.

Actually, you can't change the starting weapon in official matchmaking games. You start with the default pistols, and you gotta earn or buy other weapons as you play through the rounds. So, focus on getting good with what you got from the start!

Just buy it lmao. Every round start, open the buy menu, and pick your poison. No console commands needed.
