First things first, you need to enable the console from the game settings. Once that's done, hit the '~' key to bring up the console, then type 'sv_cheats 1' to enable cheats. After that, you can give yourself a weapon by typing 'give weapon_[weapon name]'. For example, 'give weapon_ak47' for an AK-47. Don't forget, this only works in private matches where you have admin rights!
