I tried those console commands in a custom game with friends, and it's pretty fun for messing around! Just make sure everyone's cool with it, so the game stays fun for everyone. And remember, what happens in custom games stays in custom games - no health boosts in ranked or official matches.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't 'give' yourself health in CS:GO during an official match. Health doesn't regenerate, and there are no in-game commands for health boosts in live games. The only way to 'heal' would be by avoiding damage or letting the round end - fresh start, full health!

Actually, in private servers or when you're messing around with friends, you can use console commands to give yourself health. Just type 'sv_cheats 1' to enable cheats and then 'ent_fire !self addoutput "health 100"' to set your health to 100. Remember, this only works in non-competitive custom games where cheats are enabled!
