Honestly, just practice. People are out here talking strategies but it boils down to muscle memory. Get in a game, find a ladder, and go up and down until it feels like second nature. Sure, the diagonal move helps, but if you're not used to the motion, it won't do you any good.

So, wanna zoom up those ladders like you're on a mission? Easy peasy. Just gotta move diagonally. Yup, press forward and either left or right (depends on the ladder's position relative to you).
