Simple: Don't. It ruins the game balance and isn't fun for anyone. Keep teams even, play fair!

Oh, looking to stack the odds, are we? To have uneven teams in CS:GO, you'd need to tinker a bit with the console. First, make sure you enable the console in the game settings. Hit the tilde key (~) to open it up in-game. Then, you'll need to type 'mp_limitteams 0' to remove team balance and 'mp_autoteambalance 0' to stop the game from auto-balancing. This should let you have teams as uneven as you want. Just remember, with great power comes great responsibility (to not make your friends rage quit).

Been there, done that! Set up a private match and used console commands to stack teams for a 'David vs. Goliath' match. We went 3 vs. 5. It was chaos, but hilarious. Just make sure everyone agrees to the setup!
