Holding to scope in CS:GO isn't a default option, but you can easily change it! Just head into your game settings, look for the 'Keyboard/Mouse' tab, and find the 'Toggle Zoom' setting. Change this from 'Toggle' to 'Hold'. This will make it so you have to hold down the right mouse button to stay scoped in. Happy sniping!
