Inviting your friends to CS:GO community servers is pretty straightforward. Just fire up your game and jump into the server you wanna play on. Then, open your Steam overlay with Shift + Tab, find your friends in your friends list, right-click their names, and hit 'Invite to Game'. Bam! They should get the invite and be able to join you for some epic gaming moments.

Tbh, sending server IP is the OG method. Just give your friends the server IP and port number. They can open the console in-game, type 'connect' followed by the IP and port, and they'll join the server directly. No hassle with invites.

You gotta make sure your server allows invites and that your friends have their settings adjusted to receive them. If you're the admin of the server, check the server config for any invite restrictions. Sometimes, it's as easy as tweaking a setting.
