Honestly, most of the time it's easier to host your own heist than to join one. That way you don't have to deal with flaky players dropping out last minute or messing up the missions. Just a thought.

Short way? Get to lvl 12, answer Lester’s call, then go to Quick Jobs on your phone in-game. Choose heists. Boom, you're in.
