Joining a CS:GO server using its IP is super easy! Just open the game and bring down the console by pressing the '`' key (it's the one right above the 'Tab' key on your keyboard). Then, type 'connect' followed by the server's IP address, like this: connect 192.168.1.1:27015 (make sure to use the actual IP and port number). Hit enter, and bam, you should be connecting to the server!

lol just type 'connect' and the IP in the console. Easy peasy.

If for some reason you can't open the console, check your game settings. You might need to enable it first from the game options. Go to Settings > Game Settings and look for the option to enable the developer console. Once that's done, you can follow the 'connect IP' steps.
