To join a surf server in CS:GO, first open the game. Then, open the console by pressing the '~' key (you might need to enable this in the game settings under 'Game Settings' > 'Enable Developer Console'). Once it's open, type 'connect' followed by the server's IP address and hit enter. You can find surf server IPs on community sites or through server list websites. Another way is to go to the 'Play' option in the main menu, select 'Community Server Browser', and then search for 'surf' in the tags. Double-click a server you like, and you're in!
