To keybind a jump throw in CS:GO, you need to open your console (usually the tilde '~' key) and paste this command: alias "+jumpthrow" "+jump;-attack"; alias "-jumpthrow" "-jump"; bind "v" "+jumpthrow". Replace "v" with whatever key you'd rather use. This makes it so when you press and hold the key, you'll jump and throw the grenade at the peak of the jump!

Honestly, jump throws are overrated. Just practice your throws without binds. It's more about skill than shortcuts.
