Just hit `~` and type 'bind n "noclip"' to fly around with the 'n' key. Easy peasy.

Honestly, why bother? Just enjoy the game as it's meant to be played!

To bind noclip in CSGO, first make sure you're in a game where you have access to the developer console (usually a private match or a server where you're the admin). Then, open the console by pressing `~`, and type: bind <key> "noclip". Replace <key> with whatever key you want to toggle noclip with. For example, if you want to use 'v', you type: bind v "noclip". Remember to enable the console from the game settings first!
