Lol, kicking someone, huh? Got a griefer or what? Anyway, it's simple: just hit Esc to bring up the main menu, then click 'Call Vote' and select 'Kick Player'. Choose the name of the player you wanna boot, and voila! The vote is up to your teammates now.

You don't need to kick people. Just play the game and ignore the trolls.

Been there, done that. Had this one guy who wouldn't stop blasting music through his mic. So we pulled up the vote kick option from the menu. Super easy, just remember, your team has to agree to it. Also, it doesn't work if it's match point.
