Just switch it in-game, dude. Go to settings, then video settings, and there should be an option to change the display mode to fullscreen. Much easier and you don't have to mess with launch options.

Launching CS:GO in fullscreen on a Mac is pretty straightforward! Right-click on CS:GO in your Steam library, go to 'Properties,' then click on 'Set Launch Options.' Here, type in '-fullscreen' (without the quotes) and hit OK. Next time you launch the game, it should open in fullscreen mode. Enjoy!
