Leaving a CSGO game is simple! Just press 'ESC' to bring up the main menu, and then click on the 'Disconnect' button. If it's a competitive match, be careful - leaving can result in a cooldown penalty!

From personal experience, always try to finish matches to avoid penalties, but if you gotta go, you gotta go. Press ESC and choose 'Disconnect'. For ranked games, be ready for a timeout though!
