To lower graphics in CS:GO, you'll need to dive into the game's settings. Once you're in the game, hit 'Esc' to bring up the main menu, then go to 'Settings' and then 'Video Settings'. Here, you can adjust various parameters like 'Shader Detail', 'Effect Detail', 'Model/Texture Detail', and more. Lower these settings for better performance. Don't forget you can also play around with the 'Resolution' settings; lowering it can significantly increase your FPS.

Honestly, just set your game to run in 'Low' settings across the board and reduce the resolution. Makes a huge difference and you can still enjoy the game without it looking too bad. Been playing this way for years!

Just turn everything down lol. Seriously, go to video settings and slide everything to low or off. And if you really need more FPS, drop your resolution. It might look like a potato, but you'll get those sweet, sweet frames.
