I usually adjust the voice volume directly in the game's console for more precision. Open the console with the tilde key (~) and type 'voice_scale 0.5' (without the quotes). You can replace 0.5 with whatever volume level suits you, 1 being max volume and 0 being completely muted. This way, you can lower their voices without digging through menus!

Easy, just hit `Shift+Tab` to open the Steam overlay, then go to 'Settings' > 'Voice' and slide that 'Voice Receive Volume' down. This way, you can still hear your team, but they won't deafen you every round.

Turn 'em down in game. 'Options' > 'Audio Settings' > 'Voice Volume'. Slide to your comfort zone.

Honestly, just mute 'em. When they start screamin' like they've seen a ghost or something, it's the only way to keep your sanity. Hit `ESC`, go to the 'Audio Settings', and find the option to mute voice chat entirely. Peace at last.
