Easy fix! Just open the console in CS:GO by pressing the '`' key (usually located under the ESC key) and type 'voice_scale 0.5' - this command adjusts the voice chat volume. The '0.5' is 50% of the original volume, but you can set it to any value between 0 and 1 based on how loud you want the voice chat to be. Remember, '0' will mute it completely!
