Starting a private game in CS:GO is actually easier than you might think! Just launch the game and open the console by pressing `~`. Then, type in `map de_dust2` (or any map you wanna play) to start the game with only bots. From there, invite your friends through the Steam overlay, and you're all set! Simply kick the bots with the `bot_kick` command in the console, and enjoy your private match.
