Easy peasy! Just launch CS:GO and open the game menu. Choose 'Play' -> 'Play with Friends'. Set the lobby to 'Private Match', and then you can invite your friends directly from your friends list. After everyone's in, select the game settings you want, pick a map, and hit 'Start'. Have fun blasting away!

Did this last weekend, and it's super simple. Open the game, go to 'Play with Friends', and set your lobby to 'Private'. Then it's just about inviting your friends to the lobby. You can choose the game mode and map you all wanna play on. Best part is you can really customize the settings to whatever you feel like playing.
