Lol, just make a new Steam account and get CS:GO. It's that easy. Not sure why you'd want to smurf though, takes away the challenge ;)

Starting a CS:GO smurf account is the same as making any other Steam account. Just head over to the Steam website, create a new account with a different email than your main one, and boom, you're halfway there. After that, download CS:GO (it's free!), and you're all set to dominate the lower ranks, you sly fox.
