You can't really just plop down a buy zone anywhere you like in regular CS:GO matches. That'd be pure chaos! But, if you're messing around on your own server or a custom game, you can use console commands. Start by enabling the developer console in the game settings. Then, you can use the command 'ent_fire !self addoutput "targetname mybuyzone"' followed by 'ent_fire mybuyzone addoutput "classname func_buyzone"' while standing where you want the buy zone. It's a hacky workaround, but hey, that's what custom servers are for!

Actually, it's kinda possible but only on your own server or in a custom game. I did it once, turning half the map into a massive buy zone. It was hilarious until everyone got snipers. Good times, though!
