LOL, making a chicken follow you in CS:GO is one of those fun little Easter eggs the devs snuck in. Just walk up to a chicken and press 'E' (or your use key if you've changed it). That chicken will then loyally follow you around the map until it meets its untimely demise. It's hilarious and a great way to lighten the mood in a match. Just don't get too attached!

Seriously, it's as easy as pie. Walk up, press 'E', and bam, you're the chicken whisperer. I once had a chicken army following me; it was epic until, well... let's just say they didn't fair well in a firefight. But yeah, 'E' is your friend here.
