Lol, just never close the game! Jk, jk. Seriously though, use 'autoexec.cfg' in your cfg folder. It's a lifesaver for keeping those tweaks.

autoexec.cfg is overrated. Just tweak your settings manually every time. Builds character and memory skills.

Super easy fix! Just open up your CSGO directory, find the 'cfg' folder, and open 'autoexec.cfg' with a text editor. If it doesn't exist, just create it. Then type in the commands you want to run every time you start the game. Don't forget to save! If you're not seeing changes, add '+exec autoexec.cfg' to your game's launch options.
