Switching to 128 tick in CSGO ain't something you can do on the fly in official matchmaking cuz Valve's servers run on 64 tick. However, you can enjoy the smoothness of 128 tick by joining community servers that support it or by hosting your own game server. To host, you'll need a decent rig and good internet. Adjust your server config file by setting 'sv_tickrate 128'. This makes your server run at that tickrate. Remember, everyone playing needs a decent connection to keep things smooth.
