Oh, the bouncing crosshair, a classic! To keep that crosshair steady in CS:GO, you wanna dive into the settings. First thing, open the console with the '`' key (might need to enable it in options first). Then type 'cl_bob_lower_amt 5', 'cl_bobamt_lat 0.1', and 'cl_bobamt_vert 0.1'. These commands reduce the movement to a bare minimum. Remember, the game has some built-in movement for realism, but this will get it as close to 'not moving' as possible.

Honestly, why even bother? The moving crosshair adds to the realism and makes you focus on your movement and aiming. It's part of the skill gap, embrace it!

Just set cl_bobamt to 0, lol. Can't move if it doesn't exist.
