Easy! Just fire up Steam and click on your profile name at the top right. Then go to 'Inventory', hit 'More', and select 'Inventory Privacy Settings'. From there, you'll see a dropdown menu where you can change your inventory setting to 'Public'. Save those settings, and you're all set to show off your epic skins to the world!

Honestly, why would you want to keep it private? Flaunt those skins! Just go to your Steam profile settings, it's right there under 'Privacy Settings'. Make sure you save after changing to 'Public'.
