Easy peasy! Just open your console in CS:GO by pressing '`' (tilde key) and type in 'cl_righthand 0'. Voila, your guns will now be on the left side of your screen! Remember, you can switch it back anytime by typing 'cl_righthand 1'.

Honestly, I tried the left-handed setting and couldn't get into it. Felt too weird after years of right-handed play. But hey, to each their own! Just type 'cl_righthand 0' in the console if you wanna give it a shot.
