How to make CS:GO show FPS
Best answer

Oh, that's an easy fix! Just open your CS:GO console by pressing the tilde key (~) and type 'cl_showfps 1'. This command will make your FPS counter appear on-screen. If for some reason the console isn't enabled, go to Game Settings > Game > Enable Developer Console and set it to 'Yes'. Now you can keep an eye on those frames and see how smooth your game is running!

Just use Steam's built-in FPS counter. Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game and check the box for 'In-game FPS counter'. You can even choose where it shows up on your screen!

Not into typing commands every time? Get yourself an FPS counter overlay from your graphics card's software. Nvidia and AMD both offer tools where you can toggle an FPS display for all your games, not just CS:GO. Super handy if you're playing more than one game and want to keep tabs on performance.

cl_showfps 1 is all you need. Why complicate it?
