Super easy! First, launch CS:GO and open the console with `~`. Then, type `map de_dust2` (or any map you like) and press enter. This starts the map offline. Now, invite your friends through Steam. Finally, in the console, type `sv_lan 0` if your friends are online or `sv_lan 1` for a LAN party. Adjust settings like `mp_roundtime` as you wish. Happy gaming!

I host private matches for my friends all the time! Launch CS:GO, hit `~` to open the console, and load your map. Then, use `invite` commands in Steam to get your squad in. Don't forget to adjust settings like `bot_quota` for adding bots or `mp_maxrounds` for round limits. Makes for some epic private battles.
