Honestly, making the radar too big might clutter your screen. Just learn the maps better.

Just play with the settings, there's no need to mess with the console commands tbh.

Press '~' to open the console (you might need to enable it in the settings first), then type 'cl_hud_radar_scale' followed by a number between 0.8 to 1.3. So, something like 'cl_hud_radar_scale 1.3' will max it out. Bigger radar, bigger wins!
