How to Make Your Screen Stretched in CS:GO

Oh, you wanna stretch it out, huh? Alright, first thing’s first, dive into your graphic card’s control panel. For NVIDIA, go to the NVIDIA Control Panel > Adjust desktop size and position > Select 'Full-screen' under Scaling. Don’t forget to hit 'Apply'! If you’re on Team AMD, open Radeon Settings > Display > GPU Scaling to 'On' and Scaling Mode to 'Full Panel'. Boom, you’re stretched!

I played stretched for years because I thought it made targets easier to hit. Honestly, it didn’t make a huge difference but it did make everything look wonky. You just gotta open your graphic card settings and set the scaling mode to full-screen. Worked for me every time.

Just play in your monitor's native resolution, dude. Stretched is overrated and doesn't actually improve your aim or make enemies bigger targets. It's all placebo!
