Easy peasy! Open up CS:GO and hit the tilde key (~) to bring up the console. If the console doesn't pop up, go to your game settings and make sure the console is enabled. Then type 'bind mwheelup +jump' or 'bind mwheeldown +jump' depending on whether you want to jump with scrolling up or down. Hit enter, and you're all set to bunny hop around like a pro!
