Actually tried to find a workaround for this! Even though you can't directly play Subway Surfers on a Jio Phone, I found a bunch of other cool running games on the Jio store. They're not Subway Surfers, but some are pretty close and still fun to play.

So, here's the thing, Jio Phone runs on KaiOS which is pretty different from Android or iOS. Subway Surfers, as popular as it is, hasn't been developed for KaiOS. What you can do is look for games similar to Subway Surfers that are available on the Jio Phone app store. They might not be the exact same, but hey, you get to dodge stuff and collect things!
