Alright, so you wanna get that viewmodel to stay put in CS:GO, huh? Simple! Just pop open that console (enable it in the game settings first if you haven't) and enter these commands: 'cl_viewmodel_shift_left_amt 0', 'cl_viewmodel_shift_right_amt 0', 'cl_bob_lower_amt 0', 'cl_bobamt_lat 0', and 'cl_bobamt_vert 0'. This will get rid of most of the movement. Remember, it's all about tweaking those settings till it feels just right for you!

In my experience, after applying those console commands to stop the viewmodel from moving, it felt like a whole new game. Aiming got so much more precise. Total game-changer.
