You can't make 'Yoyo String' per se. You make White String at a Loom with 30 Cobwebs, which improves yoyo range. From there, dye it if you want snazzy colors!
Uhm, actually, you don't 'make' Yoyo String. You craft White String to boost your yoyo, and then customize its color. Keep those cobwebs, they're gold!
