Mounting CS:GO to GMod is pretty straightforward. First, make sure you've got both games installed on Steam. Then, fire up GMod and hit the 'Mount' menu on the bottom right. You'll see a list of games that GMod can pull assets from, including CS:GO. Just check the box next to CS:GO, and bam, you're set! Restart GMod, and you should see the CS:GO assets available in your game.

lol just click the checkbox next to cs:go in gmod's game menu. easy peasy.

Actually, it might not be a good idea to mix CS:GO with GMod. I tried it once and had some issues with textures not showing up right. Might be better to download specific CS:GO maps and models designed for GMod instead of mounting the whole game.
